Shipping Methods

Our standard shipping rates cover insured, ground shipping throughout the USA and US territories. Most domestic orders are shipped within 24 hours. Most shipments take 3 to 5
business days to arrive depending on the destination and size of the order. A shipping confirmation will be sent by email when the order has been shipped. Note: Method used for shipping is solely at our discretion. We do not offer any other shipping methods beyond those described above at this time.

Our toner is warranted to be free from defect and to be 100% compatible with the cartridge for which it is intended.

Return Policy:

All products returned for credit must be returned undamaged and unopened in the original packaging within 30 days of shipment. All products returned for credit are subject
to a restocking fee bases on a case by case basis. The current restocking fee is as follows: 25% of the current list price plus our actual shipping charges. we require an email correspondence from you prior to any return.
